We are going to host a "race prep" camp that targets the Vineman 70.3 and Ironman Vineman Races. We will put special emphasis on pacing & fueling as opposed to our early season camps which focuses more on volume. This camp will be a good opportunity to identify some pacing strategies and dial in nutrition as you will have the support (sag) and access to coaches to help answer questions and define strategies for race day. (of course the group environment is good for motivation and dynamics ;-) ... ALL THE GENERAL DETAILS are below so please read through. If you are planning to attend please RSVP IMMEDIATELY as as we will be opening this up to our affiliation with Club Echelon and to all others coming from out of town as well.

I am excited to share that I was chosen to be a 2016 USAP Ambassador. What does this mean for you? Well first of all, I will be provided with a discount code to give to each of you interested in any USAP events. These range from all distances of triathlons to various duathlons (including paddle races). Second, I will be a great source of news and updates regarding USAP events and endurance events as a whole. Finally, I will share training tips and general fitness info to help each of you take that first step! #USAPEvents
The google calendar is a chance for you to see what other members are doing and what trainings are upcoming.
At our last meeting, there was a discussion about club gear and also the idea about starting some training sessions. Please add your trainings to the google calendar or to the FB Club page. Training is alone is boring and unsafe. Get out and get stuff done with a buddy!
Keep a lookout via email for more stuff coming down the pipe.
